Bob & Ingrid Miller purchased VS The Fireman ("Gronk") at the 2023 VS Dispersal Sale put on by Kristen Gaylean. Here's what Ingrid had to say following the purchase of Gronk, “I started showing horses in the sixties and it has been a slow grind up the hill,” she laughs. “My first horse when I was twelve was Trixie, and we went everywhere either at a jig or at a dead run. We’ve come a long way, baby. I have also had some very wonderful horses, and I’m honored to have him.” Ingrid & Bob are absolutely thrilled to own Gronk and continue his career as a show horse and a breeding stallion. Aside from owning VS The Fireman, Ingrid is involved in showing multiple other all-around horses with Bruce and Anthony of Vickery Performance Horses in Aubrey, TX. Both Ingrid & Bob are proud donors and supporters of Heroes On Horses, Tunnels To Towers, and the NSBA.

Gronk is in joint training with Aaron Moses Show Horses and Anthony Montes and Vickery Performance Horses. Aaron Moses will continue showing Gronk in the Western Pleasure events, while Bruce & Anthony finish him in the Western Riding and Trail events.
